UPDATE 2014-Aug-2: Signs are down, so I'm guessing it is open again. I'll ride out there in the next day or two to be sure.
The Larkin State Bridle Trail is CLOSED between Riggs St. and Christian St. in Oxford due to power line work.
Detour is Riggs -> Jack's Hill -> Commerce -> Christian (or its reverse). Caution: Christian is also under construction.
